Arrival and departure times

How to pay

The total price given is per week and includes fair useage of electricity. A holding deposit of 25% of the total tariff is required within 5 days of your enquiry. The balance of payment is then due no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday along with a damage deposit of £100 which is returnable to you within 7 days of your departure as long as there has been no serious breakages or excess use of electricity.

Payment can either be made by cheque or online transfer. Please contact me by email to arrange your preferred method.
Receipts will be issued by email unless otherwise requested.

Cancellations

Bookings made less than 4 weeks in advance will require full payment along with the damage deposit. If you do have to cancel, all endeavours will be made to re let the property and if so deposits and balance will be refunded, however if the week/s are not re let the balance will be payable by you.

Pets

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the chalet, however there is a £20 charge to be paid per dog for extra cleaning costs. They are not permitted on any furniture and of course picking up after your dog and checking the garden area on your departure is imperative.

Linen and towels

All bed linen, tea towels, bath mats and small hand towels are provided, but please bring your own bath and beach towels as these are not supplied.
